Loved this interview. Music Industry is a challenging landscape to negotiate. Who will be the next leaders? Someone who is dedicated to the solvency of the artform. As long as the focus is on monetization, music creators will be sacrificed at the expense of shareholders and music executives skimming the wealth off the top. Persistance and dedication can be exhausting but when it pays off, quite rewarding. Some Artists need a reality check, they have to know when their expectations are unrealistic. There are so many artists but not everyone can be a Picasso.
